The Role

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A JUNIOR SUSTAINABILITY MANAGER (M/F/D) FOR OUR TEAM OF THE PATRIZIA AG IN LONDON, MUNICH, FRANKFURT, AUGSBURG, AMSTERDAM, BERLIN OR HAMBURG AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Sustainability Director in implementing PATRIZIA’s corporate sustainability strategy
  • Lead the ESG data collection process for reporting and case studies to back up our ESG ambitions, and provide input for corporate and fund reporting
  • Prepare asset level case studies, and project-related case studies
  • Coordinate global corporate sustainability initiatives
  • Liaise with communication teams to drive ESG-related marketing
  • Prepare annual UN PRI and GRESB Reporting
  • Suggest and prepare improvements to ESG policies, corporate governance to improve UN PRI and GRESB rating
  • Prepare PATRIZIA for other corporate ratings (MSCI ESG, Sustainalytics)
  • Ensure quality control for investor due diligence questionnaires and RFP360 data base
  • Provide data and information for annual corporate ESG Report and non-financial statement
  • Support ESG Committee Meetings, ESG Working Group Meetings with minutes, action points and related follow-ups

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably with a focus on sustainability
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience (strong preference for real estate experience)
  • Strong affinity to data collection and analysis
  • Knowledge of ESG standards highly appreciated (e.g. INREV, GRESB, UN PRI, TCFD, CDP)
  • Self-starter and independent way of working
  • Solid PowerPoint,  design and writing skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English (German is an advantage)
